She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Estep and Goldie Estep (Salyers); her husband Roy Childers; her son James Childers; her siblings, Charles Estep and Betty Thacker; and her grandson Lee Fugett.

She is survived by: her children, David Childers (Bertha) and Marla Fugett of Fostoria. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.

Memorials can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
