He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivy E. Church and Cora Joann Church (Keckler). He is survived by: his spouse Shelva Church; his children, Byron of Fostoria, Chauncy Church of Fostoria and Holly Rader (Dustin) of Findlay; his stepdaughter Samantha Struble of Fostoria; his grandson Gavin Rader; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Maci and Katie Struble.
