He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howett and Evelyn Howett (Potts); his wife Cheryl D. Morgan; and his son Chad Howett. He is survived by: his daughter Toni Radzilowski (Brian) of Shelby Township, MI; his siblings, Mark Howett of Toledo, Bobbye Jean Haughawout (John) of Dublin and Jan Miller (Gary) of Fostoria; and his grandchildren, Megan, Michael Dukes and Nevaeh Radzilowski.
