He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Sr. Ramsey and Bernice G. Ramsey (Stevenson); his brother Gerald R. Ramsey; and his siblings-in-law, George Robert Tucker, Aloma Lee Tucker (Coker) and Mildred Ramsey (Johnson).
He is survived by: his wife Agnes L. Ramsey (Coker); his children, Aloma B. Ricker (Jim) of Plymouth, MI, Angela M. Matthews (Henry) of Fostoria and Allen P. Ramsey (Jennifer) of Findlay; his grandchildren, Anthony, Alec, Aric, Aiden Ramsey, Henry R. Matthews and Amarie Griffin (Zendon); his siblings, Rosalind Dunbar (Roger) of Fostoria, James T. Jr. Ramsey (Carrie) of Lima and Ronny J. Ramsey (Elizabeth) of Fostoria; and his sisters-in-law, Karin Ramsey of Fostoria, Minister Doris Whatley (Larry) of Atlanta, GA and Dona. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Due to Covid-19, masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
