He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Stump and Sarah Stump (Coby); his wife Onda "Jean" Stump (Riffle); his siblings, Clarence, Marvin, Leonard, Roscoe Stump and Bernice Moneysmith; his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Riffle, Jim Riffle, Jim Smith, Jr., Eldon Lanich, Walter Voke, Delmar Mikesell, Dale Riffle, Pearl Stump, Erma Stump, Naomi Riffle, Kay Riffle, Pat Riffle, Doris Mikesell, Mildred Lanich and Marjorie Bryam; and his nieces and nephews, Larry Stump, Daryl Stump, Cheryl Wright and Ruby Clark.

He is survived by: his son Tim Stump (Kelly) of Fort Recovery; his grandchildren, Shad McClure (Sarah), Christina Laux (Elliott), Mandy Stump (Taylor Logan), Cody Stump (Chanin), Aubree, Maisie McClure, Aaron, Caleb Laux, Adilynn, Aiden Logan and Connor Stump; his siblings, Bob Stump (Margaret), Alvin Stump, Carl Stump (Pat), Loretta McClannan (Marvin) and Esta Kiser (Dick); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Moneysmith, Janis Stump, Judy Stump, Linda Wood and Toots Coby.
