It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irene B. Timmerman of Fort Recovery, Ohio, who passed away on September 15, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Isidore Gruss and Mary Gruss (Garke); her husband Gerald E. "Jerry" Timmerman; her children, Edward Timmerman, Patricia Stammen, Tony Timmerman and Kevin Timmerman; her granddaughter Mary Timmerman; her children-in-law, Jeanette Timmerman and Ken Flory; her grandsons, Craig and Joshua; her great grandchild Sawyer; and her siblings, Victor Gruss (Rose), Lavern Gruss (Ruth), Don Gruss, Rita Eyink (Edger) and Vincent Gruss.
She is survived by: her children, Thelma Parks (Bob) of Greenville, Sue Flory of Union City, Mark Timmerman (Dixie) of Fort Recovery, Lois Vogel (Steve) of Fort Recovery, Sally Siegrist (Don) of Coldwater, Dave Timmerman (Lisa) of Fort Recovery, Joyce Fullenkamp (Tom) of Fort Recovery and Roger Timmerman of Fort Recovery; her children-in-law, Ginny Pugh of Fort Recovery, Lucy Homan of Coldwater and Ken Stammen of Fort Recovery; and her sisters-in-law, Frances Gruss of Florida, Mary Ann Gruss of Coldwater and Jerry Laux of St. Anthony. She is also survived by her 29 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, and 14 great-great grandchildren.
