He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Willmann and Elva Willmann (Jones); his daughter Patricia Robinson; his son-in-law Don Grant; his great grandchild Abigail; his siblings, Marvin Willmann (Clara), Robert Willmann (Joyce), Ruth Huelsman (Cy), Harry Willmann, Cleo Willmann, June Regedanz (Forest) and William Willmann (Betty); and his fathers-in-law, Gerald Moorman (Eloise), Cletus Moorman, Tom Moorman, Frank Umphrey and Robert Moorman.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Willmann (Moorman); his children, Dr. Ted Willmann (Ann) of St. Henry, Lucy Wilson (Skip) of Tipp City, OH, Richard "Butch" Willmann (Jane) of Fort Recovery and Ginny Robbins (Dave) of Coldwater; his son-in-law Greg Robinson of Eaton, OH; and his parents-in-law, Jean Moorman of Piketon, OH, Marie Moorman of Coldwater, Helen Umphrey of Dayton, OH, Henry Moorman of Chicago, IL, Becky Moorman of Ottoville, OH, Marge Stachler (Roger) of St. Henry and Ed Moorman (Teresa) of St. Henry. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren.
