We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2020, at the age of 96, Donald M. Harter of Fort Recovery, Ohio, born in Salamonia, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Harter and Lulu Harter (Bibler); his wife Betty Harter (Pyle); and his brothers, Darwin Harter (Doris) and Duane Harter.
He is survived by: his nephew E. Mack Harter (Melanie) of Fort Recovery; and his nieces, Elizabeth Lehman (Alvin) of Berne, IN and Jackie Harter of Fort Recovery.
Due to COVID 19 concerns, a private graveside service will be held at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
