He is survived by: his wife Kathy Schmiesing; his children, Jeff, Anne Tobe of Loveland, OH, Sara and Ryan Cahall of Milford, OH; his siblings, Robert (Jane Tobe), Dan (Bernice Westgerdes), Kenneth (Grace Tobe), Eleanor Hamilton, Martin (Rose Tobe), Cletus Tobe, Patricia (Thomas Flaute), Maria Stein, David (Rita Tobe), Margaret (Michael Bruggeman), Susan (Micheal Thien) and Eric (LouAnn Tobe); and his in-laws, Joseph Langenkamp, Celina, Paul Schmiesing and Beth Berning. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
