He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Benanzer; his children, Tina, Mark Bulle, Sidney, Stacey, David Smith III, Terry, Mandy Lehmkuhl, James Lehmkuhl, Matt Lehmkuhl, Jacquelyn, Travis Russell, Justin and Brooke Lehmkuhl; his grandchildren, Nick, Nathan Bulle, Michael, Jasmine, Brandon, Isack Smith, Hayden, Emmitt, Tyson, Brody Lehmkuhl, Finn, Hildie, Russell and Vivian Lehmkuhl; his great grandchildren, Barrett, Huntleigh, Layklyn Smith, Karli and Gracie Grooms; his siblings, Lillie Bruns, Dave, Marlene Lehmkuhl and Janet Harting; and his siblings-in-law, Rosanne Lehmkuhl, Ed, Karen Benanzer, Janice Benanzer, Bill, Lisa Benanzer, Jane and Dale Deloye. He is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews.
