He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Puthoff and Mary Agnes Puthoff (Clune); his stepfather Urban Nerderman; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel (Mary Elizabeth Puthoff) and Kettering; his grandchildren, Sarah, Jared Smith, Samuel, Mitchell, Lucas, Tim and Jill Puthoff; his great grandchildren, Alexander, Matthew, Lincoln and Asher; his siblings, Roger (Pat Puthoff), Bradford, Donna (Dennis Henshaw) and Teresa Seitz; his stepbrother Jim (Mary Lou Nerderman); and his sister-in-law Elaine Puthoff. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
