He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bailar and Mary Jane Bailar (Engelhaupt). He is survived by: his significant other Pamela Bailar (Willis); his sons-in-law, Joshua Bailar of Vancouver, British Columbia, Nathan Bailar of Raleigh, NC, MaryBeth Bailar-Heath and Daniel Heath of Whispering Pines, NC.; his grandson Arlo Greyson Heath; and his brothers, Gary Bailar of St. Paris, OH and Kurt (Patti Bailar). He is also survived by his wife and three children.
