He is survived by: his children, Michael Gerdeman (Sandy) of Fort Jennings, Charles Gerdeman (Penny) of Fort Jennings, Jane Giessler (Gregg) of Kalida and Susan Verhoff (Ted) of Fort Jennings; his grandchildren, Shannon Everman (Craig), Michele Mead (Russell), Scott Gerdeman (Allyson), Ryan Gerdeman (Virginia), Amanda Schimmoeller, Ross Gerdeman (Paige), Lauren Von Sossan (Trevor), Nick Verhoff (Olivia), John Gerdeman and Christina Gerdeman; and his great grandchildren, Daniel Everman, Luke Everman, Adelyn Everman, Caleb Everman, Lena Mead, Christian Mead, William Mead, Savannah Gerdeman, Abigail Gerdeman, Matthew Gerdeman, Layne Gerdeman, Della Gerdeman, Emmerson Gerdeman, Vivian Gerdeman, Henry Schimmoeller, Mary Schimmoeller, Jack Von Sossan and Madelyn Von Sossan.
