It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Bruskotter of Fort Jennings, Ohio, born in Ottoville, Ohio, who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gasser and Mary Gasser (Ricker); her husband Leonard "Kitty" Bruskotter; and her siblings, Ann Knippen (William), Dorothy Osting (Molete), Agnes Knippen (Joe), LaVera Hanf (Ted), Mary Ann Grote (Ed), LaDonna Ostendorf (Ralph), Regina Boehmer (Leonard), Art Gasser (Mary), Bill Gasser (Lois) and Bob Gasser.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Bruskotter (Joan) of Ottawa, Denny Bruskotter (Shirley) of Kalida and Sandy Gerdeman (Mike) of Fort Jennings; her sisters, Rita Miller, Alvera Kleman (Gene) and Deloris Schulte (Tony); and her sister-in-law Dorothy Gasser. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing are required at the church.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made toward Freedom Square, Fort Jennings.
