He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Sossan and Ligouri Von Sossan (Wittler). He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Marge" Schimmoeller; his children, Becky Von Lehmden (Duane) of Fort Jennings, Doug Von Sossan (Cheryl) of Elida, Barb Sinn (Mike) of Paulding, Kathy Bonifas (Don) of Fort Jennings, Darrell Von Sossan (Theresa) of Ottoville, Rose Anne Boggs of Fort Jennings and Dean Von Sossan (Eva) of Fort Jennings; and his siblings, John Von Sossan (Phyllis), James Von Sossan (Norma), Daniel Von Sossan (Sandy), Joanne Von Sossan and Mary Kay Kennedy (Karl). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 1 step-grandchild; 13 great-grandchildren.
In keeping with social distancing guidelines and COVID-19 restrictions, visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 a. m. until the time of service at the church. Masks and social distancing are required at church.
