She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Grote and Ruth Grote (Broecker); her brothers, Steven Grote and Norman Grote; and her pet Jazz.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dennis Grote of Cloverdale, Patricia Risner (Robert) of Elida, Michael Grote (Sharon) of Ottoville, Diane McDougle (Jeff) of Delphos, Jean Lyons (Mike) of Delphos, David Grote of Ottoville, Timothy Grote (Kara) of Ottoville and Kenneth Grote (Connie Rosselit) of Kalida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home - Jackson Twp (16085 OH-634, Fort Jennings, OH 45844). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to Mercy Health St. Rita's Hospice.
