It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doyle Wittler of Fort Jennings, Ohio, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wittler and Lucille "Lucy" Wittler (Kemper); his stepfather Robert F. Lammers; his parents-in-law, Paul Hasenkamp and Bernadette Hasenkamp; his brother-in-law James Gasser; his nephew Michael Gasser; and his great-nephew Daryl Etzkorn.

He is survived by: his wife Doris Hasenkamp; his children, Jeffrey Wittler (Joan), Laura Hutt (Michael), Scott Wittler (Jennifer) and Tricia Halker (Aaron); his grandchildren, Ava Wittler, Erin McClanahan (Brian), Ryan, Connor, Summer Wittler, Lauryn and Jacob Halker; his sisters, Carol Giesken (Dave) and Marilyn Allen (Rodney Oiler); and his siblings-in-law, Therese Gasser, Martha Gasser (Thomas), Thomas Hasenkamp (Donna), James Hasenkamp (Angie) and Kenneth Hasenkamp (Mary Kay). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to restrictions regarding COVID-19, masks and social distancing are required upon entering the funeral home and church.
