It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velva Lou Hall in Forest, Ohio, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harrison and Rodell Fultz (Christian); and her siblings, Harlon, Wilma and Joyce.
She is survived by: her husband George Hall. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
