It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy R. Haley of Forest, Ohio, born in Findlay, Ohio, who passed away on July 26, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Haley and Florence Haley (Davis); and his siblings, Jim Haley, Joe Haley and Ann Cherry.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Patrick; his children, Deanna Haley-Rall (Tony), Kenton, Matthew Haley (Beth Williams), Timmy Haley (Jacki) and Forest; his grandchildren, Seth, Jordana, Brayden, Kristyn, Rease, Kelsey, Ethan and Grady; his great grandchild Nolan; his siblings, Tom Haley (Pat), Robin Haley (Cheryl) and Kay Hough; and his brother-in-law Larry Cherry.
