She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Wagoner and Mary Wagoner (Knight); her former husband William "Bill" Miller; her husband Richard "Dick" Norek; her grandson John Burns; and her siblings, Shelby Wagoner, David Wagoner, Loraine Wills (Nean), Walter Wagoner and Charles Wagoner.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Wagoner (Lori), Julie Lynch (Ron), Becky Nowak (Kevin) and Gina Wilson (Matt); and her sisters, Rose Sandlin, Ruby Stewart and Mary Cain.
