It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil F. Williams of Forest, Ohio, born in Marion, Ohio, who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 16, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his father Scott E. Williams; his stepbrothers, Dylan Rowe of Forest, JJ Smith of Forest, Hunter Gingery of Kenton and Tristan Purdy of Kenton; his grandparents, Neil Williams, James Harris (Terri) and Karen Harris; and his stepgrandfather Donald Rowe (Opal). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
