He is survived by: his sons, Ray E. Courtad of Forest and Donald Courtad (Joanna) of Forest; his grandsons, Nathan Courtad (Michelle) and Forest Neal Courtad (Jen); and his great grandchildren, Derek of Findlay, Paige of Findlay, Tristen of Findlay, Leighton of Findlay, Kaisten of Findlay and Kyzic of Findlay.
