She is survived by: her son Kelvin J. Koehler of Forest; her grandchildren, Josh Koehler (Whitney) of Franklin, OH, Kyle Koehler (Cortney Deets) of Forest, OH, Anna Koehler (Jordan Vermillion) of Arlington and Carter Koehler; her great grandchildren, Lucille and Harrison Koehler; and her siblings, Ruth Ann Richards (Larry) of Findlay, Rowe Garmon (Linda) of Kenton and Max Garmon.
