She was predeceased by: her parents, Darl Hemmerly and Edna Dayle Hemmerly (Buxton); her husband C. Dan Evans; her children, Todd and Anita; and her siblings, Vernon Hemmerly and Phyllis Krichbaum.

She is survived by: her son Scott Evans (Bia) of Forest; her grandchildren, Dustin, Brandon, Kristen, Amanda, Alissa, Sarah and Jenna; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Austin, Cara, Rossi, Evelyn, Bryce, Tre, Kamarrah and Terryon; and her brother Burl Hemmerly (Jennie).
