It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Ellen Spain of Forest, Ohio, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Edward and Mary Lou Ellcessor (Smithson); and her siblings, Eddie Lee Ellcessor, Barbara Ann Krieger and Mary Margaret Ellcessor.
She is survived by: her husband Brent M. Spain; her daughters, Angela Miller of Forest, Allison Carey (Austin) of Forest and Katie Gault (Michael) of Forest; her grandchildren, Destiny, Jace, Makaya, Joah, Adryana and Rowan; and her sister Lori Kolhoff.
