She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Kasik and Mabel Findlay Kasik; her husband Sam Zavacky; her sons, Dennis and Sam Zavacky; her children-in-law, Linda Zavacky, Daryl Zavacky and Stanley Kolanski; her granddaughter Janelle Zavacky Nardo; her great grandchild Dominick Nardo; and her sisters, Laura Morrison, Madalyn Staten, Elizabeth Mazeroski, Dorothy Bowden and Mildred Stack.
She is survived by: her daughter Ruth Kolanski; her granddaughters, Lynette DeBertrand (Jon), Denise Kesel (Rob) and Darla Zavacky (Bron Stadheim); and her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Tanner Kesel and Jacob DeBertrand. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Toothman Funeral Home (141 S Marietta St, St Clairsville, OH 43950). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
