It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Jackisch of Forest, Ohio, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Jackisch; her daughter Kathy Jackisch; her parents, Sylvia Guy and Albert Guy; and her siblings, Barbara McLaughlin and James Guy.
She is survived by: her son Michael Jackisch; her brother Richard Guy (Nancy); her sister-in-law Denise Guy; and her grandsons, Daniel and Bryan Jackisch. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family has requested that no flowers or memorial contributions be made.
