He was predeceased by: his father Warner Slack; and his brother Reggie Slack. He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Bobbie" Longbrake; his children, Kyle Slack (Brittany), Shane Slack (Amy) and Nicole Hall (Eric); his grandchildren, Taylor, Maggie, Faith, Morgan, Thomas, Hailey and Piper; and his great grandchild Waylon.
