He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Stephan and Goldie N. Stephan (Cramer); and his brother John Stephan. He is survived by: his children, Valerie Stephan, Robert Stephan and Charles Stephan; his grandchildren, Felicity Stover and John Stephan; and his sisters, Kathy Clark of Forest and Kristine Gardner of Forest.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Clark-Shields Funeral Home (301 S Patterson St, Forest, OH 45843). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Clark Shields Funeral Home (301 S Patterson St, Forest, OH 45843).
