She was predeceased by: her parents, Monte Freeze and Emma Freeze; her siblings, Emerson Freeze and Mildred Brown; her husband Arthur Jeffries; and her children, Paul West (Toney) and Carol Williams.

She is survived by: her former husband Wilbur West; her son Michael West (Yvonne); and her grandchildren, Michelle Taylor, Jacqueline West, Julia Chavis (Shawn), Dawn West, Carol West, Adrian West (Nicole), Chris Williams (Sonya), John Michael West, Roger Penick (Renee) and Duane Penick (Tora). She is also survived by great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
