He was predeceased by: his father Robert Frederick; and his sister Rebecca Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Susan Longbrake; his children, Mark Frederick and Krista Roby (Tim); his brother Randy Frederick; his grandsons, Austin Roby (Carlie), Brett Roby and Mason Roby (Sydney); and his great grandchildren, Luke Roby, Carson Roby and Saylor Roby.

Memorial donations in Doug's honor may be made to the Bridgeport Church.
