He was predeceased by: his mother Sabrina Whittaker. He is survived by: his sisters, Jobeth Whittaker of Arlington, Brianne Whittaker of Toledo, Jamie Whittaker of Kenton and Tamra Woods of Findlay; and also Jade Woods of Williamstown.
