It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Walters of Forest, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, David Walters of Forest and Lori Stout Smith; his wife Rachel Walters (Carpenter); his children, Drevan Carpenter-Slone, Caiden Walters and Austin Walters; his grandmother Marian Waldbauer; his brother Kevin Walters (Sharie); and his half-brother Keith Lambert (Amy).
