He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Steve and Sylvia Blanche Pitner Sr. (Krousl); and his siblings, William "Billy" Pitner, Dennis Pitner (Rose), Andrew S. "Andy" Pitner, Jr., Jerry Lane Pitner and Ramona Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Ann Pitner and Robert J. Pitner (David Pitner); his grandchildren, Ashton Pitner, Brandon Sanor, Cassandra Beach and Troy Pryor; and his siblings, Larry Pitner (Cindy) of Salem and Cynthia Evans of Salem. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Bob's name to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. 758516, Topeka, KS 66675-8516.
