She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Oakley and Charlene Oakley (Puckett); and her brothers, Mickey and Mike Oakley. She is survived by: her husband Brian Hutchison; her daughter Roshele Wright; her brothers, Tom, Richard, Kenny and Mitchell Oakley; her nephew Jeremy (Melissa); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, Miah and Ryder; her sister-in-law Sheree; and her close friend Dina.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the OVUSBC Youth in Kelly's memory.
