He is survived by: his children, Dr. Raymond "Randy" Williams (Dana) and Lydia "Dee Dee" Rutter (Tom); his grandchildren, Anthony Williams (Natasha), April Archer (Austin), Brandon Rutter (Emily), Taylor Rutter and Kenedi Williams; his great grandchildren, Waylon, Tiernan Williams, Trinity, Maycee Mejia, Miles, Chevy, Raylan Archer, Madelyn and Lucille Rutter; and his sisters, Edna Heade and Irene Zwick.
