He is survived by: his children, Garry Smolira (Jo Ann) and Cindy Baxter; his grandsons, Michael Smolira (Wendy) and Daniel Smolira (Katie); his great grandchildren, Chaela, Alivia and Kennedy; and his caregivers, Rhonda Palmer, Crystal Myers and Barkley.
