She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Riley and Mary Louise Fletcher; her husband Ernest Sutton; her children, Debora Shoulders and David Sutton; and her grandson Jack Sutton.
She is survived by: her son Rocky Sutton (Rhonda) of Flushing; her daughter-in-law Sandy Sutton of Yorkville; her boyfriend Nelson Snyder of Flushing; and her siblings, Roxie Nicholson and Steve Thompson.
As per Elsie's request, there will be no visitation as she has chosen to donate her body to the WVU Human Gift Registry.
