She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Fulton and Mary Fulton (Buzolith); her husband Robert A. Howell; and her sister Clara Lash. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Vaughan (James) of Byesville, OH, Peggy Howell of Hampstead, NC, Randy Howell (Diana) of Cadiz, OH and John Howell (Leanne) of Flushing, OH; her grandsons, Ty Howell of Dennison, OH, Ian Howell of Cadiz, OH, John A. Howell and Benjamin Howell of Flushing, OH; her great grandchildren, Brooke and Colt Howell of Cadiz, OH; and her sister Hazel Alemendinger (Joe) of Johnstown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
