With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis M. Williams of Flushing, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on May 8, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry Williams and Gladys Viola Gilham Williams; his brothers, Kenneth and Daniel Williams; his brother-in-law Richard Shinn; and his niece Debbie Smith.
He is survived by: his sister Viola "Frances" Shinn; his nephews, Daniel Williams (Tricia) and Mark Shinn; and his niece Michelle Coy.
