He was predeceased by: his father John D. Skelton; his son Christopher David Skelton; and his stepfather H. Dwight Taylor. He is survived by: his mother Eula Bell Skelton Taylor; his sons, Timothy Skelton (Debbie) of Senecaville and Scott Skelton (Jacilyn) of Shadyside; his siblings, Patty Kocher (Dan) of Jacobsburg, Calista Powers of Oklahoma and Donald Ray Skelton of Flushing; his grandchildren, Jordan Skelton-Smith (Thomas), Chasity Skelton, Mackenzie McGlothlin (Jake) and Tyler Skelton (Lexie); his great grandchildren, Riley, Trinity, Gracie, Rowdy and Kase; and his former wife Beverly Skelton.
