She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl J. Gazda Sr. and Emilia Tryba Gazda of Fairpoint; her siblings, Gregory and Marion; her brother-in-law Ernie; and her mother-in-law Evelyn.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Creston Berry (Natasha) of Flushing, Kimberly Warga (Bryan) of Lancaster and David Christman (Patricia) of Massillon; her grandchildren, Christa, Gavin, Willow, Grayson, Rhyker, Katie, Colton, Camryn, Bryce, Graham and Bentley; her siblings, Carl Gazda (Cathy) and Teresa DeBertrand; and her siblings-in-law, Colleen Gazda, Gerry Berry (Susan) and Karen Hudak (Ed).
