She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Spencer and Isabella Spencer (Gabbard); and her siblings, Roy, Virgil, Bob, Mary, Carol and Myrtle.
She is survived by: her spouse Dale Adams; her daughter Amie Tatum (John) of Sidney; her grandson Nate Hess; and her siblings, Edward Spencer (Marla) of Bradford and Colleen Seman (Richard) of Covington.
