He was predeceased by: his parents, James Finnegan (Loyette) and Margie Parsell-Finnegan (Parsell); and his sister Kim Pickens. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Finnegan (Scott); his sons, Christopher Finnegan (Joanna) and Timothy Ryan Finnegan (Kayla); his stepchildren, Angela Elliott (Kevin), Danielle Carpenter and Jacob Brooks (Nikki); and his sisters, Kathy Masters (Randall) and Krista Blas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
