She is survived by: her father Daniel Church of Troy; her husband Isaac Combs; her daughter Maddison Heffner of Troy; her stepdaughter Maddison Combs of St. Paris; her sister Tonia Palivec (Rod Roswell) of Troy; her nieces and nephews, Caitlin, Brycen, Owen, Paislee and Hadlee; the father of her child John Heffner (Brenda) of Troy; her uncle Don; her aunt Karen Church of Troy; her mother-in-law Sheila Combs of Troy; her siblings-in-law, Brooke Hess (Ethan) of Conover and Nic Palivec of Troy; her in-laws, Maurice and Beverly Heffner of Troy; and her pet Anna.
Contributions in Tammy's memory may be given to the family to aid in funeral expenses.
