With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Pearson of Fletcher, Ohio, born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on January 4, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Pearson and Margaret Pearson (Ketzel); his daughter Cheryl Trostel; his daughter-in-law Sally Pearson; his great grandchild Kristin Trostel; and his sisters, Jean Woolery (Bill), Joann Fosnight (Bob) and Louise Snead.
He is survived by: his wife Emma May Pearson (Covault); his children, Cindy Staley (Steve), Cris Snider (Don) and John Pearson; his grandchildren, John Pearson (Alicia), Ellen Cole (Scott), Elizabeth Myers (Steve), Valarie Rapp (Jonn), Daniel Trostel (Kim), Andy Staley (Angela Webb), Erika DeLancey (AJ), Derek Staley (Sara), Cody Snider (Andrea) and Matthew Snider (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Penny, Tommy Pearson, Josie, June Cole, Rowan, Samuel, Bree, Cate Myers, Annie, Aaron Rapp, Emalyn, Kory, Harvey, Atley Trostel, Braylin, Brylee Staley, Jackson Huffman, Quinn Delancey, Seth, Lance, Evie, Savannah Staley and Lincoln Snider; his sisters, Nancy Bierly and Janet Wilsie; and his brother-in-law Charlie Snead. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
