He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Worthington (Hetzler); and his brothers, Norman and Ronald Worthington. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Worthington (Janie) and Rick Worthington (Michele); his grandchildren, Matthew Worthington (Jenny), Dustin Worthington, Cameron Worthington and Clayton Worthington; his great grandchildren, Jack, Benjamin and Joseph Worthington; and his siblings, James Worthington (Maxine) and Janet Leonard (Jack). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
