He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gustin and Charlene Gustin (Wetzel). He is survived by: his wife Brenda J. Hicks; his children, Ellen Donovan of Salem and Matthew Gustin (Sarah) of DeGraff, OH.; his granddaughter Emily Donovan; his sister Margie Hewitt (Dan) of Bellefontaine, OH; his nephews, Darian and Adam Hewitt; and his niece Paula Hewitt Newland.
