He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim R. Thomas and Joyce Troutman; his brother Byron Troutman; and his sister-in-law Jackie Finney. He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Thomas (Finney); his children, Christa Logan (Paul Salcido), Stacy Logan (Evan Hatfield), Elizabeth Thomas and Zachary Thomas; his grandchildren, Samarra, Serenity Salcido, Amelia, Samuel Hatfield, Ellis and Theodore Fox; and his siblings, Robert Troutman and Julia Human (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Suber, Shively & Vernon Funeral Home (201 W Main St, Fletcher, OH 45326). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
