She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Bussey and Esther Bussey (Tatman); her husband Everett Paul Windle; and her siblings, Herb, Chester, Walter, Glen, Marion, Gene, Bill, Marie, Esther, Lois and Linda.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Windle (Brenda), Ann Massie (Scott), Tim Windle (Stacey), John Windle, Christie Rickmon (Terry) and Heather Barnett (Jason); her siblings, Paul Bussey and Kathy Samson; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Ann Bussey, Marilyn Bussey, Alice Bussey and Ellen Dutcher (Richard). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and 44 nieces and nephews.
